CedarHub has IBP/ S&OP infrastructure which allows the leadership to select appropriate process owners. The process owners act as gatekeepers to ensure data quality and control. They make sure that all the data uploaded to the Master Data Repository (MDR), by various IBP members, is latest and correct. The incorrect or wrong level of information can stutter/ stall IBP. Appropriate process owners help achieve targetted information which improves the decision-making process.
